How do I book?

What do I need for a virtual consultation?

We recommend that you have a laptop/computer that can connect to the internet, although a mobile device is usually suitable. We will send you a link to the secure virtual portal prior to the consultation. Please wear a t-shirt/vest, shorts and suitable trainers, as I may ask you to perform movements to aid the assessment.

Do I need access to a gym?

No. We can discuss what access you have to training equipment on the virtual consultation; whether it be nothing, a home gym or a high performance facility. I will then tailor your rehabilitation programme appropriately.

Where do I stay during a competition weekend?

If there is a reasonable option for me to stay near to your accommodation then I will at no additional cost. *If you request that I stay in a specific hotel, then you are asked to cover the accommodation costs.
